How do I use the ramp?

Please scan a QR code at one of the many signage points around the facility and visit the website where you can enter your license plate details and pre-pay online using your credit card. You will need to do this before using the facility.

What happens if I use the Ramp after the time I have paid to?

Your license plate may be recorded, and non-paying customers may be issued with a breach notice. So please ensure you either use the ramp within the paid period or select “extend” and purchase more time.

Do I need to park in a special area?

Your session allows you to use the ramp, please make sure you park for tow vehicle in the location marked for trailer parking.

What do I need to bring with me to use the ramp?

To use the ramp, you just need your vehicle, your smart phone, and a valid credit/debit card.

What Ramp use options are available?

Ramp use options have been designed to accommodate all types of users, the options available may change due to the day, or time or year. Please refer to the options available on the web-app on the day you wish to use the ramp.

How can I obtain a copy of my receipt?

Please screenshot your receipt after your payment is completed.

How do I know my details are secure?

We only hold basic information that we need to operate the system efficiently, no credit card data is stored by us at all. Our website is SSL certified and for more information, please refer to our privacy policy.

Is it possible to buy an annual Ramp Pass?

It is possible, please contact the marina directly for annual passes, as these are not available online at present.

What payment methods can I use?

You can pay using any major credit card via our Windcave payment page including Visa, Mastercard & AMEX. Other payment methods are currently not available.

What happens if I do not pay?

By using the boat ramp, you agree to our terms and conditions and enter into a contract with us. If you do not pay, you are breaching the terms and conditions of that contract and may be issued with a breach notice.

Is it possible to cancel a payment and get a refund?

It is not possible to cancel a payment or be issued with a refund. Please check the site details and licence plate being processed prior to payment.
